LMZⅡ(原MLLⅡ)型帶制動輪梅花形彈性聯軸器是由兩個帶凸爪形狀相同的半聯軸器和彈(dan)性元(yuan)件(jian)組成,利用(yong)梅花形彈(dan)性元(yuan)件(jian)置(zhi)于兩(liang)(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)凸爪之間,以實現兩(liang)(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的(de)(de)聯(lian)接(jie)。具有補償(chang)兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)相對偏移(yi)、 減振、緩沖(chong)、徑向(xiang)尺(chi)寸(cun)小、結構簡單、不(bu)用(yong)潤滑、承載能(neng)力較高、維(wei)護方(fang)便(bian)等特點,但 換(huan)彈(dan)性元(yuan)件(jian)時兩(liang)(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)需沿軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)移(yi)動。適(shi)用(yong)于聯(lian)接(jie)兩(liang)(liang)同(tong)軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)、起動頻繁、 正(zheng)反轉變化、中低速、中小功率傳動軸(zhou)(zhou)系、要(yao)求工(gong)作可靠性高的(de)(de)工(gong)作部(bu)位,不(bu)適(shi)用(yong)于重載及軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)尺(chi)寸(cun)受 、 換(huan)彈(dan)性元(yuan)件(jian)后兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)對中困難的(de)(de)部(bu)位。
標準修(xiu)訂后,梅花形彈性(xing)元(yuan)件的材(cai)料(liao)有聚(ju)氨脂和鑄(zhu)形尼龍兩種。根據不(bu)同(tong)工(gong)況條(tiao)件選用不(bu)同(tong)材(cai)料(liao),如風機、水泵、輕工(gong)、紡織(zhi)等工(gong)作平穩、載荷(he)變化(hua)不(bu)大(da)(da)時,可選用聚(ju)氨脂。兩種材(cai)料(liao)的價格相差較大(da)(da)。
梅花(hua)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)工(gong)作原理:將一個整體的(de)(de)梅花(hua)形(xing)彈(dan)(dan)性環裝在(zai)兩(liang)個形(xing)狀(zhuang)相同(tong)的(de)(de)半聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)凸爪(zhua)之間,以實現(xian)兩(liang)半聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)連(lian)接。材(cai)(cai)質主要有鑄鋼及45#鋼兩(liang)種材(cai)(cai)質;聯(lian)(lian)結(jie)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)有鍵槽(cao)聯(lian)(lian)結(jie)、緊(jin)定螺絲(si)聯(lian)(lian)結(jie)、夾緊(jin)聯(lian)(lian)結(jie),或其(qi)中兩(liang)種形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)組合聯(lian)(lian)結(jie)。軸向(xiang)(xiang)插入式(shi)(shi)(shi)安(an)裝。如需徑向(xiang)(xiang)安(an)裝,可作成法(fa)蘭(lan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)通過(guo)凸爪(zhua)與彈(dan)(dan)性環之間的(de)(de)擠壓(ya)傳遞(di)動力,通過(guo)彈(dan)(dan)性環的(de)(de)彈(dan)(dan)性變(bian)形(xing)補(bu)償兩(liang)軸相對偏移,實現(xian)減振緩沖(chong)。具有鍵槽(cao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、夾緊(jin)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、加長式(shi)(shi)(shi)、法(fa)蘭(lan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)等諸多類型可供選擇。本聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)廣泛使用(yong)于水泵(beng)、油泵(beng)、機床(chuang)等行業。
