-GCLD型鼓形齒式聯軸器
接電動機軸伸鼓形齒式聯軸器具有 的角向補償兩軸相對偏移能力,適用于聯接電動機與機械兩水平軸線軸系傳動。
鼓形齒式聯軸器承載能力強,傳動效率高,在相同的內齒套外徑和聯軸器外徑下,鼓形齒式聯軸器的承載能力平均比直齒式聯軸器提高15~20%,鼓形齒式聯軸器傳動效率高達99.7%。在相同的模數、齒數、齒寬下,鼓形齒比直齒允許的角位移大。
鼓(gu)形(xing)齒式聯軸(zhou)器的(de)內、外齒嚙合在油浴中工作,不得有漏油現象(xiang),一般情況采用(yong)潤滑脂,其牌號為4號。
齒式聯軸器檢(jian)修時一般按以下方(fang)法進行:
1、檢查聯軸器齒(chi)(chi)面(mian)嚙(nie)合(he)情況,其(qi)接觸(chu)面(mian)積沿齒(chi)(chi)高不(bu)小于50%,沿齒(chi)(chi)寬不(bu)小于70%,齒(chi)(chi)面(mian)不(bu)得有嚴重點(dian)蝕、磨損和(he)裂(lie)紋。
2、聯軸器外(wai)齒圈全圓跳動(dong)不大于0.03mm,端面圓跳動(dong)不大于0.02mm。
3、若須拆下齒(chi)圈時, 用專(zhuan)用工具,不可敲(qiao)打,以免(mian)使軸彎曲或損傷。當回裝(zhuang)時,應將齒(chi)圈加(jia)熱到(dao)200℃左右再裝(zhuang)到(dao)軸上。 外齒(chi)圈與軸的過盈量一般為0.01~0.03mm。
4、回裝中間接筒或其它(ta)部件時應按原有標(biao)記和數據裝配。
5、用(yong)力矩扳手均(jun)勻地(di)把螺栓擰緊。
